September 18, 2025– The Lamacchia Cares Foundation hosted its 2nd Annual Golf Tournament last Thursday at Sandy Burr Country Club in Wayland, Massachusetts, and it was a tremendous success! With a sold-out field of 144 players and strong support from our sponsors, the day was filled with great golf, camaraderie, and giving back.
The event included breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail hour featuring raffles, prizes, and a silent auction. Anthony Lamacchia, CEO and Founder of Lamacchia Realty and The Lamacchia Cares Foundation, joined participants on the course while showing his support for everyone involved.
In total, the tournament raised $42,000, which was $10,000 more than last year’s total! Best of all, 100% of the proceeds will directly benefit the Lamacchia Cares Foundation and the local causes it supports.
The Lamacchia Cares Foundation supports local fundraising initiatives, which reflect the Foundation’s commitment to making a tangible difference in the community. As a recognized 501(c)(3) and approved as a charitable foundation by the IRS and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, all of the proceeds from this event will go to their mission of assisting those in local communities.
