The Lamacchia CARES Foundation is proud to announce that it has donated a total of $30,000 to six remarkable organizations dedicated to addressing hunger and homelessness. The funds were disbursed in $5,000 increments to Rosie’s Place, Pine Street Inn, Horizons for Homeless Children, Abby’s House, Friendly House, and Feeding South Florida. These contributions come at a critical time leading up to the holidays, offering hope and support as communities continue to face significant challenges.
These impactful donations were made possible by the generosity of several Lamacchia Realty REALTORS® and staff, who voluntarily contribute a portion of their commission from every home they sell, along with the proceeds from the Lamacchia CARES Foundation’s inaugural golf tournament held this past September. These collective efforts showcase the spirit of giving that defines the foundation and its dedication to supporting communities in meaningful ways.

About the Charities
- Rosie’s Place: Providing a safe haven for women experiencing homelessness and poverty in Boston.
- Pine Street Inn: Offering shelter, housing, and job training to individuals struggling with homelessness.
- Horizons for Homeless Children: Supporting children and families experiencing homelessness through education and support services.
- Abby’s House: Aiding women and children in need of housing and advocacy.
- Friendly House: Addressing community needs with shelter, food, and educational programs in Worcester, MA.
- Feeding South Florida: Combating hunger through food distribution and education.
